Situational Fees

  • Late Fee: 10% of Lease rent amount or balance due
  • Early Termination Fee: 60 day notice and 2 month’s base rent and repayment of concessions, if applicable
  • Transfer Fee: One month of current apartment base rent
  • NSF Fee: $50
  • Replacement Garage Door Opener: $100
  • Replacement Apartment Key: $25
  • Replacement Mailbox Key: $25
  • Vacant Cost Recovery (electric): $50/mo

Utilities & Insurance

  • Electricity: TBD paid directly to Provider

  • Water/Sewer: TBD paid along with rent
